2.If your hand soap is pretty thick,please mix 30% hand soap + 70% water, so the hand washer can work (you can also adjust the ratio between water and hand soap according to the actual situation).

You can use a hair dryer to heat the cap, the plastic will soften, then use a knife or scissors to lift the cap out.4.The product is a universal Typc-C charger.
