1. Why is there no sound when wearing it?
a) Check if the volume is suitable for your hearing.
b) Check whether the hearing aid has electricity.
c) Check whether there is earwax in the ear canal.
2. Why is there a whistling (sharp sound)?
A whistle (shrill sound) is a sign of wearing hearing aids incorrectly. If the hearing aid and ear canal do not match, the sound from the receiver will be picked up by the microphone again, forming a loop that will be continuously amplified and produce a whistling sound.
Solution: Please chooese the appropriate ear tips according to the size of the ear canal and make sure the ear tips fit snugly in your ear.
3. How can I care for my hearing aid?
a) Keep hearing aids away from heat and dust.
b) Clean hearing aids as instructed. Earwax and ear drainage can damage a hearing aid.
c) Avoid using hairspray or other hair care products while wearing hearing aids.
d) Turn off hearing aids when they are not in use.
